March 29,2020 - UPDATE Faces Refreshed updates their response to Covid 19
We have been following the evolving COVID-19 pandemic closely.and we are deeply committed to the health, safety and well-being of our patients, employees and community. As we all adjust to the changes brought on by the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, we hope that you and your families, friends and coworkers all remain safe and healthy.
After careful consideration of the rapidly rising cases of COVID-19 in New York State (which now has the most among all states) and in support of government efforts to reduce the burden on hospitals, effective immediately, we have decided to temporarily close the office while we work out a few things. We are anticipating we will reopen on Monday March 30th, subject to change as conditions and preparations warrant.
As the Coronavirus affects more regions around the world, the US, and locally we will continue to monitor the situation closely and establish protocols and guidelines to minimize the impact whenever possible to our patients, our employees, and our business partners.
Rest assured that we will continue to work diligently to reschedule and care for all of our patients. If you are in need of refills, please check with the pharmacy that filled your prescriptions because in most cases refills are available under your existing prescription. If no further refills are available, please call the office and we will issue a refill whenever we can.
We have always said our practice is blessed with the most amazingly wonderful patients. All of you make it a joy to come to the office every day. We appreciate your help and understanding as we all try to work together to slow the transmission of this virus. We are all in this together for the safety of the community as a whole. Rest assured that we will be here with you through this.
Stay healthy, stay safe and take care of yourselves and each other.
