We hope this message finds you, your family, and your loved ones healthy and safe as we all have had to make life impacting adjustments this past year.
Even though things are moving in a positive direction, for the continued safety of our staff, patients and the broader-community, we will still continue with certain protocols and relax others while providing the best medical care we can.
To that point, effective immediately, Faces Refreshed is formally announcing that all cosmetic, medical and wellness treatments are available and are being safely performed.
Although progress has been made, we are not yet out of the woods. With vaccinations and social distancing proving to have had a positive impact on mitigating the spread of the virus in our area we are adjusting some of our procedures as follows:
All patients are to continue to wear a mask in order to enter the office.
All patients are to continue to call the office when they arrive for their appointment.
All patients are to continue to wait in their car until they are cleared to enter the office. This will help us better manage office traffic due to the increased demand for our services.
Mask may be removed once in a treatment room with proof of vaccination.
If you have need of our skincare products you can continue to order them online on our website https://www.facesrefreshed.com/shop. Although the order system is running smoothly, production capabilities can still be an issue and lead times might still be extended. Since all of our products are manufactured at FDA certified facilities and must adhere to strict quality control and efficacy standards, delays are still possible while they increase pipeline capacity.
While its been a crazy year, your support and demand has been humbling. It just continues to reinforce why we are so grateful and blessed to have the best patients anywhere and we are happy to continue the great relationships and camaraderie we have with you all. We appreciate the patience you have shown us as we all have had to make adjustments in these hectic times.
Please continue to stay healthy, stay safe and take care of yourselves and each other.
